This trail is located on Bearwallow Mountain just 13 miles from home. It is a beautiful trail through private land enclosed in a deep ravine. The trail descends from the trailhead for a little over a mile to the creek.

After crossing the creek, the trial ascends to the divide and onto Pisgah Pastures meadow. Today we only hiked as far as the divide.
Although it was a cloudy and cool, there were several couples and a lot of dogs on the trail today. I guess we are all looking for a place to escape the COVID-19 madness.
